Michael has more than15 years of experience in the financial market, specializing in M&A advisory and fundraising in the United States and Latin America. As a founding partner of Ilha Capital, he has advised both Brazilian companies and international clients on transactions, offering expertise in deal origination, structuring and operations. Michael holds a B.A. from Brown University.
FERGUS MARTIN
Fergus has 15 years of experience in M&A advisory and cross-border transactions, with a focus on the Latin American market. Founding partner of Ilha Capital, he excels in the valuation of companies, in the structuring of complex transactions and in the facilitation of transactions between Brazilian companies and global investors. Fergus holds an M.Eng from University College London (UCL).
